Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were photographed arriving on the set of her new movie “The Tourist” with with all of their beautiful children on Sunday (February 28).

The most famous couple in the world were affectionate and seemed on top of the world – why not, right? I guess they pretty much are.

Earlier in the day, Angelina Jolie reportedly made a visit to co-star Johnny Depp’s place for a movie-related meeting.

Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and family are moving to Venice for three months for a film shoot. Can you imagine?!?!

The couple and their six children arrived in the beautiful Italian city yesterday and will stay there while Angelina Jolie shoots her new film ‘The Tourist’.

The family arrived in a private plane and took two speedboats to their new home which is a canal side Palazzo, reports the Breaking News website.

In other recent Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt news, the couple recently issued a legal statement stating that their five-year relationship was not in trouble. So take that naysayers!

Angelina Jolie has reportedly bought Brad Pitt a £12,000 olive tree for Valentine’s Day. What a cool present – the tree hugger in me highly approves!

The new tree will reside on the grounds of their French house, Chateau Miraval.

A source told UK newspaper The Sun: ‘Ange bought it from a nursery called The English Garden Centre in Valbonne, near their house. It’s a very special tree and cost her a fortune.’

Brad Pitt, 46, and Angelina Jolie, 34, recently dismissed reports that they are splitting and were seen, (smiling, gorgeous, and happy) together at last weekend’s Super Bowl in Florida.

Rumors and Jennifer Aniston Fans Be Danged: Brad and Angie Are Totally Together

Although haters say the couple is terribly unhappy, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie enjoyed a night out together at the Directors Guild of America Awards on Saturday in Los Angeles and were even quite affectionate, thank you very much.

The couple — who dined together in their first public appearance together in more than a month — attended the ceremony so that Pitt, 46, could present an award to his Inglourious Basterds director, Quentin Tarantino.

A source told UsMagazine.com that they were more “affectionate” than usual.

“They would whisper in each other’s ears and laugh,” the source says. “They looked really happy.”

Jolie, 34, even beamed with pride, the source says, when Pitt — in a trimmed-up version of his scraggly beard — took the stage to honor Tarantino.

“He is a joy to work for and he is a joy to work with and if you have happened to have forgotten what you loved about movies in the first place, I tell you, you only have to spend one night with Quentin!” Pitt said, laughing. “Not in that way!”

After days of questions and rumors about a possible breakup between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, word is surfacing that the power couple did indeed visit a high-powered L.A. lawyer last week – but only to cover their assets.

“They aren’t married, so they need to protect their children and property in case there’s a rift in the future,” a source says. Given the fact that the beautiful duo are worth a whopping $330 million, that makes sense, right?

So why are rumors of a breakup all over the place?

“People hear ‘legal papers’ and assume it means a divorce,” our snitch continues. “But it could mean exactly the opposite. Either way, they’re making sure to get their ducks in a row, which they’ll need whether they split or stay together forever.”

That’s not the only reason for so many whispers: Rumors started swirling when the couple was a no-show to a pair of recent award programs.

“There was a lot of talk when they didn’t attend the Globes or the SAG awards this past weekend,” says the insider.
“But that’s not entirely out of the ordinary for them. Although ‘Inglourious Basterds’ was nominated, Brad wasn’t up for anything individually, and neither was Angelina. Besides, they’re Brangelina. They can do whatever they want.”

Most recently, that includes adding a $1.1 million mansion to their five-house compound in Los Feliz, Calif. While naysayers speculate it could be a bachelor pad for Brad, staffers at the Waldorf-Astoria in NYC – where the A-list duo stays regularly – believe Jolie-Pitt are very much still intact.

“They always seem happy and busy with the kids,” one staff member told us Tuesday, adding that Brangelina most recently visited in November. “And they’re never here apart.”

To give you an idea of how outrageous rumors can be, not only is there a rumor going around that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have split, there’s one that says Johnny Depp was killed in a car crash. Johnny Depp is alive and well and I’m hoping the rumor about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie is just as mistaken.

Apparently, the sites claiming they’ve split don’t have any concrete proof or news to report – so, hopefully, it’s desperate little Jennifer Aniston fans lashing out.

Fingers crossed, but if I hear anything else, I’ll let you know!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Skip the Golden Globes to Spend Time With Their Children

According to US Mag, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie spent the weekend with their beautiful children. Witnesses informed US Magazine that Brad was spotted with 8-year old Maddox in Louisiana Superdome. The father and son duo cheered from the sidelines as the New Orleans Saints defeated Arizona Cardinals. According to the Witness: “Maddox was playing with a football, sitting on Brad’s lap for a long time… Brad had that crazy-looking beard.”

Angleina Jolie was spotted with her daughters Zahara and Shiloh Grocery Shopping.

In addition to spending time with their precious children, the couple has spoken about their concerns for the victims of the Haiti Disaster – where thousands of families have lost their loved ones and so many children have lost their parents.

I think this could be another reason they simply didn’t feel up to getting all glammed up and tripping the light fantastic. Contrary to reports, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are very mature, professional actors who do not snub award shows over who is or isn’t nominated. (Of course, the dumbest suggestion of all was that they skipped because Jennifer Aniston would be there! Ha freaking ha!) Make no mistake about it – family will always come first and their true fans wouldn’t want it any other way.

Maddox and Brad Pitt must have LOVED the Saints’ game! They looked outstanding, as always, on their march to the super bowl!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Give at Christmas

Angelina Jolie, as we’d expect, was very generous this Christmas. She also had an interesting quote about fidelity!

“I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship … ,” she said. “Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt recently donated $100,000 to Florida and Illinois locations of SOS Children’s Villages, an organization that provides kids as an alternative to foster care.

“We have seen first-hand the remarkable job SOS does to raise orphaned and abandoned children and keep families together,” Jolie said in a statement.

At the two locations in Illinois and one in Florida, about 275 children have a place to live and to learn.

“The poor outcomes for foster children indicate that we must do a much better job of supporting them,” Brad Pitt added.

Brad Pitt was spotted taking son Maddox to see James Cameron’s “Avatar” at an AMC theater in New York, according to HollywoodLife.com. The father and son enjoyed video games in the lobby before heading in for the sci-fi epic.
